If you add a new member to a Family Plan after the date you originally sign up, the new member's information may not be listed on the cards included in your Welcome Packet.
What do I do?
You can request to have a new card or additional cards with updated information mailed to you at any time. Learn how to request new or additional cards here. The new cards mailed to you will include the names of any new members you have recently added.
Can my original cards be used by another member on my Family Plan if their name isn't listed?
Your original card will work for all registered members, even if their names do not appear on the card. As soon as a new member has been added, they can immediately begin using the GoodRx Gold card at any participating pharmacy — their names do not need to be on the card.
Is there anything I need to know before they use my card?
The pharmacist will need the GoodRx Gold card and the member's assigned person code. The person code is typically listed on the card. If a member was recently added and they are not listed on the card, you will need to locate their person code in your account. Learn how to find a member's person code in your account here.
