Don’t panic! If you add a new member after you've already received your cards in the mail, you will receive a new card within two weeks. The new card will have the member's name and person code listed. You can also request to have a new card with updated information mailed to you at any time. Learn how by clicking here.
Most importantly, your original card will work for all registered members, even if their names do not appear on the card! As soon as a new member has been added, they can immediately begin using the Gold card at any Gold participating pharmacy—their names do not need to be on the card.
In order for the card to process correctly at the pharmacy, the pharmacist will need the Gold card and the member's assigned person code. The person code is typically listed on the card. If a member was recently added and they are not listed on the card, you will need to locate their person code in your account. Learn how to find a member's person code here.
