You can update your email address and other member information in your GoodRx Gold account by following the steps below.
Go to your Account Settings page
Once you are logged in, click on the 'head and shoulders - Account' icon in the top right-hand corner of any page. This will take you to your Account Settings page.
Go to the "Manage Account" or "Manage Members" page
From your account settings page, locate the "Members" section. If you have an Individual account, you will need to look for and select "Manage Account." If you have a Family Plan, look for and select the "Manage Members" button.
On the "Manage Members" page, locate the member's information and click on the pencil icon to the right of the name. This will allow you to edit the member's name, date of birth and email address.
Edit Member Information
After clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the member's name, you will be taken to the "Edit Profile" page for that member. Scroll down to the email address section. Enter the new email address you would like to have associated with your account or this individual member. Then, click the gold Save button to finish the process.
