For children under the age of 13, you are able to view all prescriptions as long as you are their legal guardian, or if you have explicit permission from their legal guardian to view their prescriptions. You should also be able to view prescription information for any pets on your account.
For children over the age of 13 or for other adults on your plan, they will have to grant permission for you to view their prescription history.
Go to your Account Settings page
Log in and click on the 'head and shoulders icon' in the top right hand corner of any page in your GoodRx Gold account, or go to: https://gold.goodrx.com/account.
Select Manage Members
From the account settings page, click on the Manage Members button. If you're already logged in, you can also click on this link here.
Select the Member
From here, you can click Request Access under any members over the age of 13 to send them an email.
Note that to manage these preferences, the child over the age of 13 or the adult will need to have an email address included in their set up information. View this article here to learn how a member can create their own account.
Locate the member on this page, and click on the gold Request Access link.
The member will receive an email with your request. If they accept your request, you can then view their prescription history.
