No. GoodRx is not a pharmacy, and we cannot accept or fill prescriptions of any kind. GoodRx lists prices and coupons for pharmacies across the United States, but we do not sell or prescribe medications.
Did I purchase my prescription(s) from GoodRx?
GoodRx does not sell any medications and you cannot order your prescription from GoodRx directly, but you may have placed an order with a pharmacy you saw listed on GoodRx. GoodRx lists prices for several mail-order pharmacies and some amazon.com prices.
The mail-order pharmacies will have an blue "BUY ONLINE" button next to the pharmacy’s name and price. If you clicked on an blue "BUY ONLINE" button, you may have placed an order with one of the online pharmacies we include in our listings.
Clicking on the blue “BUY ONLINE” button will take you to the pharmacy’s website in a new browser window. Once on the pharmacy’s website, you can order your medication through that pharmacy directly.

We recommend checking your email for an order confirmation notification. The pharmacy’s name or contact information should be listed in the email. If you can’t locate an order confirmation email, try contacting your bank or credit card company to see if they can provide you with the name of the company you placed the order with.
Once you have the name of the pharmacy you placed the order with, you can reach out to them directly with any questions.
