If you're having trouble printing or opening your GoodRx coupon from the website, there are a few things that may be causing this issue.
1. Try updating or switching your browser
It’s possible your issue is being caused by an incompatible web browser. AOL and some older versions of Internet Explorer and Safari may not be compatible with the GoodRx website. Incompatible web browsers may prevent you from:
- opening and printing coupons
- updating the drug form, dosage, or quantity
To fix this issue, we strongly recommend using Firefox or Chrome. Switch your browser to Chrome, then try to print the coupon again.
2. Check your browser to see if you have a "pop-up-blocker" enabled
If you're still experiencing issues opening or printing the coupon after updating or switching your browser, you may have something called a "pop-up blocker" installed in your browser, preventing GoodRx from showing the coupon. Check your address bar for a pop-up blocker note or icon that will let you open the coupon page.
