Once you’ve finished registering, you can add up to 5 additional members (family, friends, or pets) on one GoodRx Gold subscription. Add or delete members at any time by visiting your Account Settings page by clicking on the 'head and shoulders icon' in the top right hand corner of any page in your GoodRx Gold account, or by going to: https://gold.goodrx.com/account.
You can manage the people and pets on your account by clicking Manage Members on your Account page.
Adding a Member
After clicking the Manage Members button on your account page, you will be able to view and edit a list of current members on the account. Locate and click on the gold button that says "Add a Member."
The next page will ask you to select the type of member (i.e. partner, child, pet, other), first name, last name, birthdate, and the email address of this member.
Please make sure that the name and birth date you provide matches the name on the prescription, as that information will be used for verification at the pharmacy. Once each field has been filled out accurately, click the gold "Done" button to add the member to your plan.
Once you add a member, they will be able to print a temporary membership card and use the card at the pharmacy that same day. Physical cards can be requested for new members on the My Gold Card page at http://gold.goodrx.com/card.
If you add members to your plan when you sign up, they will be listed on your GoodRx Gold card. If you choose to add members later, you will automatically be sent new cards with the new member’s names. Your original card will work for all registered members, even if their names do not appear on the card!
Removing a Member
To remove a member, locate them in the Manage Members section of your account, and click on the trash can icon in the top right hand corner of the member's profile.
A pop-up window will appear - asking if you would like to Delete the member. Click on the gold "Delete Member" button at the bottom of the pop-up.
