If you choose to enter your cell phone number while transferring your prescription or sending an eCoupon to your pharmacy, you will be enrolled in the CVS Pharmacy texting program and receive a text when your prescription is ready.
To unsubscribe from CVS, choose one of the following:
- Text STOP to CVS-TXT (287-898).
- Cancel online if you have a CVS.com account with prescription access: Sign in and go to the pharmacy homepage. Click to View / Edit pharmacy messages, then click to View / Edit on the next page to change your preferences.
- You can also call a CVS Customer Care representative at 1-877-833-9620 for assistance.
These texts are sent from CVS, so once your prescription is transferred, you'll want to call the phone number above or contact your local pharmacy with any questions or concerns—they will be able to help.
You will also receive a text message from GoodRx to confirm that your transfer or eCoupon request was successful. To opt out of notifications and stop receiving texts from GoodRx, text STOP to 466379 (GOODRX).
