You can change your personal information, including name, date of birth and email address on the Manage Members page. If you are the primary member on a Family Plan, you can also make changes for other members on your account.
Updating Members in the GoodRx Mobile App
1. Open the GoodRx app
2. Once logged in, tap GoodRx Gold Family in your account Settings
2. Select the member you would like to update.
3. When updating member information, be sure that the new info matches what's listed on their prescription. Select 'Save' to complete update.
Updating Members on the GoodRx Gold website
1. Go to your Account Settings page
Once you are logged in, click on the 'head and shoulders - Account' icon in the top right-hand corner of any page. This will take you to your Account Settings page.
2. Go to the "Manage Account" or "Manage Members" page
From your account settings page, locate the "Members" section. If you have an Individual account, you will need to look for and select "Manage Account." If you have a Family Plan, look for and select the "Manage Members" button.
3. Select Member
On the "Manage Members" page, locate the member's information and click on the pencil icon to the right of the name. This will allow you to edit the member's name, date of birth and email address.
4. Edit member information
On the Edit Profile page, you can update the member's first name, last name, and birthdate to match what is written on their prescription. The member's name and date of birth must match what is listed on the prescription, otherwise, pharmacies will not be able to process your GoodRx Gold card.
Once you have confirmed all information is correct, click the gold Save button to save your changes and finish the process.
