Yes! You can change your personal information, including name, date of birth and email address on the Manage Plan Members page. If you are the primary member, you can also make changes for other members on your account.

Go to your Account Settings page
Log in and click on the 'head and shoulders icon' in the upper right-hand corner of any page on GoodRx Gold, or click here to go directly to your Account Settings page.
Select Manage Members
From the Account Settings page, click the Manage Members button. If you're already logged in, click here to visit the Manage Members page directly.
Select the Member
On the Manage Members page, you will see listings for each member on the account. If you are the primary account holder, you can update member information for anyone in the account. If you are not the primary account holder, you can only update your own member information.
Locate the member on this page whose information you need to update, then click either the member's highlighted name or the pencil icon to the far right of the name.
Edit member information
From the Edit Profile page, you can update the first name, last name, date of birth and email address for the member you have selected.
The member's name and date of birth must match what is listed on the prescription, otherwise pharmacies will not be able to process your GoodRx Gold card.
Once you have confirmed all information is correct, click the gold Update Info button to save your changes and finish the process.
