Yes! You can change your personal information, including name, birth date, and email address on the Manage Plan Members page here. If you are the primary member, you can also make changes for other members on your account.
For more detailed instructions on updating member information, please follow the steps below:
Go to your Account Settings page
Log in and click on the 'head and shoulders icon' in the top right hand corner of any page in your GoodRx Gold account, or go to: https://gold.goodrx.com/account.
Select Manage Members
From the account settings page, click on the Manage Members button. If you're already logged in, you can also click on this link here.
Select the Member
On the Manage Members page, you will see listings for each member on the account. If you are the primary account holder, you can update the member information for anyone in the account. If you are a dependent, you can update your own member information.
Locate the member on this page whose information you need to update. Then, click on either the member's highlighted name or the pencil icon to the right of the name.
Edit member information
From the Edit Profile page, you can update the first name, last name, date of birth, and email address for the member you have selected.
The member's name and date of birth must match what is listed on the prescription in order for the pharmacies system to process the card.
Once you have confirmed all information is correct, click on the gold Update Info button to save your changes.
