Learn how to reset your password by following the steps outlined below:
Go to the Log In page
Click the "Forgot your password?" link
On the Log In page, the "Forgot your password?" link will be located directly under the Email and Password box as shown in the image below. Click on this link.
Request a password reset link
On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address associated with your account and click the gold Reset Password button.
An email will be sent to you with instructions
The email will be sent from email@example.com and will only be active for 24 hours.
If you didn’t receive the email...
- Check your junk or spam folder for the email.
- If you still don't see it, you may need to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Safe Senders or Contacts. After you do this, return to the Reset Password page and submit the request again to send a new password reset email.
Open the email and click on the "Reset Your Password" button
Enter your new password
You will be directed to the Reset Password page where you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account and a new password. Your password must be at least six characters long and contain at least one letter and one number.
Once you have entered your email and new password, click on the gold Reset Password button.
This will redirect you to your GoodRx Gold account homepage. Your new password should work the next time you try to log in.
If you have trouble remembering passwords, consider saving your new password to your internet browser or writing it down in a safe location.
