To reset your Gold account password, go to the Gold Login page here. You can also click on the Log In button in the top right hand corner of the GoodRx Gold website.
Once you are on the Gold Log In page, click on the Forgot Password? button.
On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address associated with your account, and click on the gold Reset Password button.
We will then send you an email with instructions to reset your password. The email will be sent from email@example.com, and will only be active for 24 hours.
Didn't receive the email?
Check your junk or spam folder for the email. If you still don't see it, your email provider may be blocking the email. Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Safe Senders or Contacts. Then, go back to the Reset Password page, and submit the request again, so a new email is sent out.
Once you have received the email, open it and click on the gold Reset Your Password button.
This will direct you to a page where you can enter a new password. Your password must be at least 6 characters long, and contain at least one letter and one number.
Once you have entered your new password, click on the gold Reset Password button.
This will redirect you to your account homepage, and you should be all set!
