Yes. Creating an account will allow you to:
- access your purchase information
- share your information with other members on the account
- update your personal information and email settings
- access your Gold card page - allowing you to print, email, or text your Gold card
To create your account, the primary member must add your email address to your profile.
If the primary account holder has not already done so, have them log in and add your email address to your member profile. They can view this article to learn how: Add a members email address
Once your email address has been added to the account, you will receive an email asking you to create an account.
Open this email, and click on the gold Set Up My Account button.
This will take you to a log in page where you will enter your email and password. After you set your email and password, you will be logged in to your account settings page. From here, you can edit your profile, cancel your account, or upgrade your account.
Upgrade to Primary Account
You can upgrade your account if you would like to create your own separate Gold membership. You will become the primary member on your own account, and you will be removed from the current account shared with other members.
To do this, click on the blue Upgrade Account button from the Account Settings page while you are logged in. You will then be asked to add your credit card information. GoodRx Gold is $9.99 a month, and you will be able to add up to 5 additional members (family, friends, or pets) to your account once you upgrade.
Once you add your credit card information, click the gold Continue button.
