If your account has been canceled, you will need to create a new account. If your account has been paused, follow the steps below to reactivate your membership.
Make sure you have a valid credit or debit card on file
If you have a credit card on file, please confirm that funds are available to process online payments, such as GoodRx Gold charges.
If the credit or debit card on file has expired or has been canceled, you will need to update your payment information.
Go to your Account Settings page
Once you are logged in, you can find your Account Settings page by clicking on the “head and shoulders” Account icon in the top right-hand corner of any page in your GoodRx Gold account.
Under 'Account Options,' select the 'Enable Account' button
On your Account Settings page, scroll to the very bottom and locate the 'Account Options' section. You should see an 'Enable Account' button as shown below. Click on 'Enable Account.'
Confirm your request to re-enable your account
Once you have clicked the 'Enable Account' button, you will be asked to confirm your decision in a new window. Click on the 'Enable Account' button that appears in this window to confirm. If your account is past due, you will be charged the monthly membership fee upon enabling the account.
