If you have a new prescription, you will not be able to use the eCoupon or transfer feature, but you can still receive the discounted price at the pharmacy by presenting the GoodRx coupon with your prescription.
If you have started the eCoupon or transfer process, you will be asked to select the current status of your prescription. If you have a new prescription that is not on file at any pharmacy, you will need to select either the "This is a New Prescription" button or the "Cancel and return to coupon" button.
You will be taken back to the coupon print page. From here, you can print, email or text the coupon. At the pharmacy, present your new prescription and the coupon to the pharmacist.
Once you have your prescription on file, you can use the transfer or eCoupon feature for your next refill.
