Why did you mail me another card?
From time to time we will re-mail the GoodRx discount cards to all of our members, just in case you need a new one (i.e. your original card has been lost or damaged). You can use any GoodRx card --whether old or new, and you should still receive a discount at the pharmacy. GoodRx cards never expire.
What if the Member ID on my cards are different?
Not to worry! You can use any card, regardless of the Member ID listed, and you will still receive a discount at the pharmacy. The Member ID's listed on the cards and coupons are not associated with any one individual, and each card and coupon will have a different Member ID. For more information, click here.
What should I do with my extra cards?
You can keep the extras in case you misplace one when you go to the pharmacy for your next refill. Better yet, keep your original card and pass on the GoodRx savings by sharing the new GoodRx card with a family member or friend!
Will I still receive the same price?
You will still receive a discount at the pharmacy when using any card, but prices do change from time to time. It's important to note that you will generally save more when you use the current coupons listed on the GoodRx website and mobile app. We offer the card for those who do not have access to the coupons or for those who prefer to carry a card with them. While the card will still provide you with a discount at the pharmacy, it may not always provide you with the price listed on the website or app. In order to receive the coupon price listed on our site, you must use only the current coupon.
Checking our website before you go to the pharmacy and using a new coupon will allow you to receive the best price every time you fill or refill a prescription.
