Information for pharmacies listed on GoodRx — store hours, phone number, address and services provided — are based on information from the NCPDP (National Council for Prescription Drug Programs).
In order to update the information for your pharmacy, you'll need to provide an update to the NCPDP. They provide a portal to view or modify pharmacy data on their website here.
Once you have updated your pharmacy information with the NCPDP, GoodRx will show the updated information within 30 days.
If you have any trouble, we can also submit a request for correction to the NCPDP. Please call us with additional information at (855) 268-2822. It can take several months for this information to be updated, and the process may take longer when a third party reaches out on behalf of a pharmacy.
