If you're having issues logging into your account, there are a few things you will want to try.
1. Do you have a MyRx account?
Make sure you have a MyRx account associated with the email you are using to login. If you recently signed up for a discount card, this does not necessarily mean that you have a MyRx account.
If you signed up for a MyRx account, you will have entered an email address, password and zip code in the page below:
If you recently signed up to receive a discount card, you will be asked to provide GoodRx with your full name, mailing address, and email address - so a card can be mailed to you.
When you request a discount card from the page above, you are not signing up for a MyRx account or membership. You'll need to register for an account before you are able to sign in and add your Prescriptions. This is a separate registration process, and is not related to your discount card request.
You do not need a My Prescriptions account to search GoodRx for prices and discounts, but it will allow you to customize your GoodRx experience. You can learn more about the benefits of MyRx here.

2. Reset your password
If you have an account, and are having trouble logging in, you will need to reset your password. Learn how to do this here.
