Click on the "Sign In" link from the homepage
Click on "Forgot Password" link
Clicking on Sign In will take you to the MyRx Sign In page (as shown in the image below). On this page, locate the Forgot Password link underneath the Log In button and click on it. You can also click here to visit the Forgot Your Password? page directly.
Request the password reset email
On the Forgot Your Password? page, enter the email address associated with your MyRx account and click on the blue Reset My Password button. GoodRx will send you a Password Reset email to the email address you entered.
Open the email and click on the link
The email will be sent from email@example.com and the subject line will be "GoodRx: Password Reset Request". Open the email and click on the link provided to reset your password.
Set up your new password
After clicking on the link in the email, you will be taken to the Set Your New Password page in a new window. On this page, enter your new password and click on the blue Change Password button.
I tried to reset my password, but I never received the "Password Reset Request" email.
If you submitted a request for your password to be reset from the Forgot Your Password? page and you have not received the email to reset your password, there are a few things you will want to try.
1. Check your email’s spam or junk folder.
The email will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org and the sender is "GoodRx My Rx."
2. Add email@example.com to your contacts or address book.
In most cases, this will prevent your email provider from marking emails from GoodRx as spam. Once complete, try submitting the forgotten password request again and see if you receive the email.
3. If you still have not received the Password Reset email, please contact us.
