Reset your password through the "Forgot Your Password" page. You can find that page by clicking here.
From the "Sign In to My Rx" page, click on the blue "Forgot Password" link. This will take you to the "Forgot Your Password?" page.
On the "Forgot Your Password?" page, enter the email address associated with your MyRx account, and click on the blue "Reset My Password" button. GoodRx will send you a Password Reset email to the email address you entered.
The email will be sent from email@example.com, and the subject line will be "GoodRx: Password Reset Request." Open the email, and click on the link provided to reset your password.
After clicking on the link in the email, you will be taken to the "Set Your New Password" page in a new window. On this page, enter your new password and click on the blue "Change Password" button.
