I tried to reset my password, but I never received the "Password Reset Request" email.
If you submitted a request for your password to be reset from the Forgot Your Password? page and you have not received the email to reset your password, there are a few things you will want to try.
1. Check your email’s spam or junk folder.
The email will be sent from email@example.com and the sender is "GoodRx My Rx."
2. Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts or address book.
In most cases, this will prevent your email provider from marking emails from GoodRx as spam. Once complete, try submitting the forgotten password request again and see if you receive the email.
3. If you still have not received the Password Reset email, please contact us.
Give us a call at 855-268-2822 (Monday to Sunday 8am to 7pm CST).
