If the Android™ app is locked and asking you for a password, you may have the Passcode feature turned on.
You can typically unlock the app using the password you use to unlock your phone. If your phone's password is not unlocking the app, there are a few things you can try:
- Clear the data and cache for the GoodRx app
- Uninstall the app
- Reinstall the app
- Open the app, and check the settings page to ensure the passcode is switched off
