How does it work?

You will receive a one time $5 GoodRx Visa® Prepaid Card ("Rewards Card") when you use a GoodRx Prescription Savings Card ("Discount Card") that you received in the mail, or by using a free GoodRx coupon from our GoodRx app.  You must purchase a prescription of at least $10 with the discount card or coupon at a participating pharmacy on or before the date listed in the promotional materials you received. 

The Rewards Card will be emailed to the address associated with your account after you have made the qualifying purchase. You can expect to receive the Rewards Card or gift card within 4-6 weeks of the qualified purchase being verified.

I received this special offer in the mail. How do I get the $5 reward?

1. Sign up for a free account online through GoodRx (or via one of our partner promotions) to participate.
2. We will mail you a GoodRx Savings Prescription Card with instructions and Terms & Conditions
   
   • You must use the discount card or a GoodRx coupon for at least a $10 prescription purchase within a set time period (likely a month).
3. Once we verify the qualifying purchase of a prescription, we will mail or email you a $5 Rewards Card (see specific promo for how you will receive your Rewards Card).

GoodRx Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

These GoodRx Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the GoodRx Visa® Rewards Program (this “Program”).

• When you use your GoodRx Prescription Drug Savings Card (“Discount Card”) or a free GoodRx coupon to purchase a prescription of at least $10 dollars at a participating pharmacy on or before the date listed in the promotional materials you received, you will receive a $5 GoodRx Visa® Prepaid Card or, as applicable, a $5 gift card from select retailers (“Rewards Card”). Please visit goodrx.com for a current list of participating pharmacies.
• Limit one Rewards Card per Discount Card or GoodRx coupon. You will not receive additional Gift Cards for multiple uses of the same Discount Card or GoodRx coupon.
• The Rewards Card will be mailed to the address associated with your GoodRx account, or emailed to the email address associated with your GoodRx account.
• The Rewards Card may not be traded, sold or otherwise transferred to others.
• If applicable, available gift cards are offered at the sole discretion of GoodRx and are subject to change at any time without notice. As part of this Promo, you consent to the use of a third party vendor of GoodRx’s choosing to deliver Rewards Cards or gift cards.
• If we believe that a participant has violated any of the terms or conditions of a Discount Card or Rewards Card or this Program, including, but not limited to where we believe a Discount Card or Rewards Card is being used without proper authorization, fraudulently, inappropriately or unlawfully, then we may terminate that participant’s Discount Card and Rewards Card without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify any Discount Card or this Program at any time in our sole discretion and without notice.
• Use of the Discount Card or a GoodRx coupon constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable terms and conditions on our website or provided to you at any time. Please keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records.
• Through the GoodRx® Visa Rewards Program (“Visa® Rewards Program”), GoodRx offers a one-time prepaid gift card or similar card in the amount of $5 to encourage consumers to register for an account and use a Discount Card. The categories of personal information that GoodRx collects to administer the Visa® Rewards Program include: (1) identifiers (such as name or e-mail address); (2) commercial information (such as records of coupons used); and (3) Internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing history and information regarding consumer interactions with an internet website or mobile application).  Consumers may opt-in by opting in to a Rewards® Program offer, registering for a free account on the website, selecting a coupon, redeeming it at a participating pharmacy by the date listed on the promotional material. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Visa® Rewards Program at any time by not utilizing their Discount Card and/or GoodRx accounts further.  The financial incentive GoodRx offers to consumers through the Visa® Rewards Program is reasonably related to the value of the consumers’ data. To form the basis for offering the financial incentive, GoodRx has valued the personal information it obtains through the program based on a reasonable and good faith calculation determined by considering expenses related to the offer, provision, or imposition of any financial incentive or price or service difference as permitted under Title 11 of the California Code of Regulations, Section 999.337(a)(6). The amount of expenses associated with this Visa® Rewards Program is calculated by measuring the proportionate IT, product and development costs incurred for the third quarter of 2021 annualized to calculate full-year amounts, the specific details of which we maintain as a trade secret.
