You should receive a message from a clinical staff member about your issued prescription.
Under the prescription information is a button to 'Send to pharmacy' 
Select which pharmacy you want to send the prescription to.
After selecting your pharmacy, review your selection and press 'Send my prescription' to submit the information to that pharmacy.
On the confirmation page, 'View visit detail' will allow you to review visit status, pharmacy information, and prescription details.
