Prescriptions issued through Gold Telehealth are only being sent to physical pharmacy locations.
However, you can have a prescription transferred from the physical pharmacy to Gold Mail Delivery by:
- Exiting out of the Gold Telehealth section of the GoodRx app
- Opening Gold Mail Delivery in the app and filling out the order request form
