There are two ways to switch your plan type – on the GoodRx mobile app and on the GoodRx Gold website.
Switching to an Individual Plan on the GoodRx Gold app
- Log in to the GoodRx app and tap 'GoodRx Gold' in your Account Settings. Tap on your plan and then tap on 'Individual'
- Select 'Switch Plan'. Read the “Switch Plan” notice and select 'Continue' to proceed.
- Tap 'OK' to complete the downgrade.
Switching to an Individual Plan on the GoodRx Gold website
- Log in and go to your 'Account Settings' page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the 'Account Settings' page and locate the 'Account Options' section. Click on 'Downgrade Membership.'

Choose your plan. Select the box to acknowledge you understand that any other members currently on your Family Plan will be removed at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Next, click the button that says, 'Yes, downgrade now.'
