There are two ways to switch your plan type – on the GoodRx mobile app and on the GoodRx Gold website.
Switching Plans on the GoodRx Gold app
- Log in to the GoodRx app and tap 'GoodRx Gold' in your Account Settings. Tap on your plan and then tap on 'Individual/Family'
- Select 'Switch Plan'. Read the “Switch Plan” notice and select 'Continue' to proceed.
- Tap 'OK' to complete the downgrade.
Switching Plans on the GoodRx website
Log in and click the Profile icon located at the top right of the page.
Select 'Account' from the dropdown menu
- Select 'Plan Information' and click 'Change' to update your plan type.
- From this menu you can update your plan type (Individual or Family) and adjust your billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- Click 'Next' to proceed and review the updated information for your membership.
- Review your updated Gold membership information and select 'Confirm' to proceed with these changes.
