If you prefer CVS Pharmacy, the GoodRx eCoupon and Online Transfer Program helps you easily transfer a prescription, and send a GoodRx coupon, to any CVS Pharmacy or Target (CVS) in your area.

For transfers to other pharmacy chains, all you have to do is call the pharmacy that you want to transfer the prescription to and provide them with the following information:

• Your first & last name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Your prescription information (Drug name and strength, or prescription number if you have it)
• The name and phone number of your current pharmacy

The new pharmacy will then call your current pharmacy and arrange the transfer for you! Transfers typically take a few hours to process. 

Note: If your medication is classified as a controlled substance, you’ll need to check with your doctor/pharmacist regarding your transfer options.
