You may be receiving a message like "Service Access Denied" when you try to use GoodRx Text or request coupons via text. This is probably because your cell phone provider (e.g. Verizon, T-mobile, ATT, etc) has blocked our 3rd party messaging provider.
Usually when you text HELP/START/etc to our Text number you would be able to opt back in to our text messages (even if you previously opted-out). But if you are blocked from our service because of your cell phone provider, that troubleshooting won't work!
You will need to call your cell phone provider (e.g. Verizon, T-mobile, ATT, etc) and ask them to unblock 3rd party messaging providers.
Not sure if your service provider is blocking our access?
You can try investigating by sending the standard opt-in text message (HELP / START) to the GoodRx short code line (466379).
If they all respond with the same "Service Access Denied" message (or something similar), then your mobile service provider is automatically blocking 3rd party messaging providers and you will need to contact your service provider to remove the block.
