GoodRx Care (Telehealth): Only individual Gold account holders or the primary account holder of a Gold family plan can receive the Gold discount on GoodRx Care visits. Other family members on the plan will not receive the Gold discount for these visits. Please note that GoodRx Care telehealth services are only available for patients between the ages of 18 and 65.

Gold Home Delivery: Free home delivery is available for all members and dependents on a Gold Family Plan. When placing an order, simply select the specific family member the prescription is for during the checkout process.

GoodRx Rewards: Only the primary account holder on a Gold Family Plan is eligible to earn and redeem GoodRx Rewards points. Points cannot be awarded for coupon use associated with other individuals on the plan.
- Using Gold Card at the Pharmacy: All dependents on a family plan share the same BIN, PCN, Group, and Member ID. To ensure the correct discount is applied, the pharmacist must enter these exact codes when processing a claim for any member on a Gold family plan.
