GoodRx Mobile App: Placing a Gold Home Delivery Order
1. Tap the Home button
2. Tap the Get your prescriptions delivered tile at the top of the page
3. Tap Find my prescription
4. Enter the drug name and select the matching name from the dropdown list
5. Update the: Drug type (brand or generic), Form, Dosage, and Quantity, then tap Search prices
6. Tap the Gold Home Delivery price
7. Review the order summary and tap Start order
8. If you have a Family plan, select the member that the order is for, then tap Next
9. Select whether you have an existing prescription, then tap Next
To place the Home Delivery order, you must have an active prescription on file.
10. Review the prescription details, then tap Confirm
The order can only be delivered if the order details match exactly what's on your prescription.
11. Select whether your prescription is currently with your local pharmacy or your doctor's office then tap Next
12. Enter the Name and Phone number of the pharmacy or doctor's office then tap Next
13. Answer the questions on the screen, use the boxes to explain any “Yes” answers – these questions are important to ensure that we deliver your prescriptions safely. Tap Next.
14. Review the order details and indicate whether you would like to enroll in Auto-refills
15. Enter your preferred mobile phone number and indicate whether you would like to speak to pharmacist about the order or receive order updates and refill reminders via SMS text
16. Tap Confirm to complete the order
Online: Placing a Gold Home Delivery Order
1. Log into goodrx.com/gold and click Go to Gold home
2. Click the Get your prescription delivered tile at the top of the page
3. Click Find my prescription
4. Enter the drug name and select the matching name from the dropdown list
5. Scroll down to the Home delivery section and click Buy online beside the Home Delivery with GoodRx price
6. Click Start your free trial
7. Review the order summary and tap Start order
8. If you have a Family plan, select the member that the order is for, then tap Next
9. Select whether you have an existing prescription, then tap Next
To place the Home Delivery order, you must have an active prescription on file.
10. Review the prescription details, then tap Confirm
