You can easily reach your healthcare provider through your GoodRx ED subscription dashboard. Here’s how:
- Log in to your GoodRx account at GoodRx.com
- Click the account or menu icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Dashboard.
- Choose your ED treatment subscription.
- Select “Messages”
This feature lets you ask non-urgent questions, discuss symptoms, or request follow-up details about your prescription. If you need to adjust your medication or it’s been a while since your last consultation, you may be prompted to complete a new telehealth visit for a more in-depth review.
