Every month, you'll receive a prompt when you log-in at GoodRx.com. You will be guided to complete a telehealth visit and message a clinician. Once your clinician reviews and approves your refill, your pharmacy will receive an updated prescription. If you are filling by mail, the pharmacy will reach out to you to complete payment for your refill. If you are filling at your local pharmacy, you’ll receive a notification from the store when your refill is ready for pickup. You can also call your local pharmacy for status updates.
