To log in to your free GoodRx or GoodRx Gold account, you will need to enter the email address (or, in some cases, phone number) connected to your GoodRx account, then enter the verification code sent from no-reply@goodrx.com (or via text to your phone number) when prompted.
Note: GoodRx Gold Members must use an email address to log in to their Gold account

1. To access the sign in page, click on 'Sign Up' , then 'Sign In'

1. From the Home Page, click 'Upgrade'
2. Next, click 'Log In'
Logging in
1. Enter the email address connected to your account in the email field
- If you created an account using your phone number, click 'Use my phone number'
2. Click 'Next'
3. Check your email for the verification code sent from no-reply@goodrx.com
- If you selected 'Use my phone number' in the step above, enter the verification code sent via SMS
4. Enter the verification code you received , then click 'Verify' to sign in
Verification Code Issues
Didn't receive verification code basic troubleshooting
If you didn't receive your verification code via email, try the following:
1. Confirm that you're checking the same email address that's connected to your GoodRx account
2. Check your spam and junk mail folders
3. Try checking your email on a different device
- e.g. If you're checking your email on your phone, try checking on your computer (or vice versa)
4. If you still can't find the email, follow the steps below
Didn't receive verification code (web)
1. Refresh the page
2. Log out and log back in again
3. Close and re-open browser
4. Clear your browser's cache/cookies/history ( see how-to links below)
- Clear cache & cookies in Google Chrome
- Clear cache in FIrefox
- Clear cookies in Safari
- Clear cache in yahoo
5. Click on Resend code
6. If none of the above worked, call Goodrx customer support at 1-855-268-2822 for assistance
Didn't receive verification code (app)
1. Fully close and quit the app, then reopen
2. Ensure your app is up-to-date
- Check the Apple Store or Google Play Store to see if an updated version of the GoodRx app is available
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app on your mobile device
4. Try logging in again
5. If none of the above worked, call Goodrx customer support at 1-855-268-2822 for assistance
Verification code is incorrect
1. Ensure that you entered the same 6-digit verification code that was sent to you
2. Re-enter the verification code exactly as is and click ' Verify' once more
3. Click 'Resend code' and repeat steps 1-3
- Check the time stamps on the email to make sure you're entering the most recently sent verification code
4. If none of the above worked, call Goodrx customer support at 1-855-268-2822 for assistance
Gold Member Log In
To log in to your GoodRx Gold account:
- Use the email address connected to your GoodRx Gold account and follow the same steps shown above.
- Phone numbers can only be used to log in to free GoodRx accounts
