This Colorado Loyalty Program Privacy Notice (this “CO Loyalty Program Notice”) provides additional information solely for Colorado “consumers” (collectively, “Consumers,” “you,” or “your”) related to the GoodRx Rewards Program (this “Program”). 

This CO Loyalty Program Notice applies solely to the “personal data” and “sensitive data” of such Consumers to the extent collected under this Program, whether online or offline. In a conflict between this CO Loyalty Program Notice and any of our other privacy policies, this CO Loyalty Program Notice shall control only with respect to Consumers under this Program.

Bona Fide Loyalty Program Benefits. This Program provides GoodRx Rewards Points that can be redeemed for digital gift cards through a GoodRx processor that works with different gift card providers. GoodRx shares personal data (but not sensitive data) with this processor so that the processor knows how many GoodRx Rewards Points you can redeem and can send you an email to redeem GoodRx Rewards Points on the vendor platform. The vendor processes the information GoodRx provides to it on behalf of GoodRx. However, when you interact directly with the vendor and its digital gift card providers, you are subject to the terms and privacy policy of the vendor and digital gift card providers.  

Deletion of Personal Data. This Program offers GoodRx Rewards Points based on certain actions you take, including using certain GoodRx coupons and in relation to managing prescription-related reminders and actions. If you delete your personal data, we will be unable to provide the Program because we will not have any of the information required to provide these Program benefits.
