Promotional Item Rewards Program

GoodRx is excited to offer new GoodRx users a promotional item as selected by GoodRx for those that receive this special offer for a discount card.

How does it work?

You will receive a one-time promotional item ("Rewards Item") when you use a GoodRx Prescription Savings Card ("Discount Card") that you received in the mail, or by using a free GoodRx coupon from our GoodRx app.  You must be a new GoodRx user and purchase a prescription of at least $10 with the discount card or coupon at a participating pharmacy on or before 45 days after the date on which you initially sign up to participate in this Promotional Item Rewards Program. 

The Rewards Item will be mailed to the address provided by you after you have made the qualifying purchase. GoodRx reserves the right to substitute promotional items based on GoodRx’s sole discretion, including based on availability. Any third-party product names, logos, brands, and trademarks shown in relation to the Promotional Item Rewards Program are the property of their respective owners. These companies are not affiliated with GoodRx and do not sponsor or endorse any GoodRx services, websites, mobile applications or content, including this Promotional Item Rewards Program. 

I received this special offer in the mail. How do I get the promotional item?

1. Use the discount card or a GoodRx coupon for at least a $10 prescription purchase within a set time period described in your special offer (likely a month).
2. We will mail you a GoodRx Savings Prescription Card with instructions and Terms & Conditions
3. Once we verify the qualifying purchase of a prescription, we will mail you a Rewards Item (see specific promo for how you will receive your Rewards Item).

GoodRx Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

These GoodRx Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the GoodRx Promotional Item Rewards Program (this “Program”).

• This Program is open to new GoodRx users only.
• When you use your GoodRx Prescription Drug Savings Card (“Discount Card”) or a free GoodRx coupon to purchase a prescription of at least $10 dollars at a participating pharmacy on or before the date listed in the promotional materials you received, you will receive a promotional item or, as applicable, a $5 gift card from select retailers (“Rewards Item”). Please visit goodrx.com for a current list of participating pharmacies.
• Participation is subject to the GoodRx Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• Limit one Rewards Item per Discount Card or GoodRx coupon. You will not receive additional Rewards Items for multiple uses of the same Discount Card or GoodRx coupon.
• The Rewards Item will be mailed to the address associated with your GoodRx account, or emailed to the email address associated with your GoodRx account.
• The Rewards Item may not be traded, sold or otherwise transferred to others.
• Rewards Items are offered at the sole discretion of GoodRx and are subject to change at any time without notice. As part of this Promo, you consent to the use of a third party vendor of GoodRx’s choosing to deliver Rewards Items.
• Fulfillment times may vary.  For certain physical Rewards Items, please allow at least eight (8) weeks for fulfillment.
• If we believe that a participant has violated any of the terms or conditions of GoodRx, a Discount Card or  this Program, including, but not limited to where we believe a Discount Card is being used without proper authorization, fraudulently, inappropriately or unlawfully, then we may terminate that participant’s Discount Card without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify any services, a Discount Card or this Program at any time in our sole discretion and without notice.
• Any third-party product names, logos, brands, and trademarks shown in relation to the Promotional Item Rewards Program are the property of their respective owners. These companies are not affiliated with GoodRx and do not sponsor or endorse any GoodRx services, websites, mobile applications or content, including this Promotional Item Rewards Program.
• Use of the Discount Card or a GoodRx coupon constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable terms and conditions on our website or provided to you at any time. Please keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records.
• Through the GoodRx Promotional Item Rewards Program, GoodRx offers a promotional item to encourage consumers to register for an account and use a Discount Card. The categories of personal information that GoodRx collects to administer the GoodRx Promotional Item Rewards Program include: (1) identifiers (such as name or e-mail address); (2) commercial information (such as records of coupons used); and (3) Internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing history and information regarding consumer interactions with an internet website or mobile application).  Consumers may opt-in by opting in to a GoodRx Promotional Item Rewards Program offer, selecting a coupon, redeeming it at a participating pharmacy by the date listed on the promotional material. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the GoodRx Promotional Item Rewards Program at any time by not utilizing their Discount Card and/or GoodRx accounts further. If you request that we delete any of your personal information that is essential to providing you with the program, we will not be able to provide you with the benefits of that program (e.g., if you ask us to delete your GoodRx account, we will no longer be able to maintain your loyalty account). While we do not assign a monetary value to the personal information we collect from program participants, the financial incentive GoodRx offers to consumers through the GoodRx Promotional Item Rewards Program is reasonably related to the value of the consumers’ data and increased engagement. This value will vary by consumer depending on purchases made, where those purchases are made, which offers a consumer takes advantage of, and many other factors. GoodRx requires your consent to process sensitive data to participate in the program in accordance with applicable law to be able to administer the program to you (e.g., calculating your rewards and benefits). To form the basis for offering the financial incentive, GoodRx values the personal information it obtains through the program based on a reasonable and good faith calculation determined by considering the revenue generated from activities related to the collection and retention of program participants’ personal information less expenses related to the offer, provision, or imposition of any financial incentive or price or service difference as permitted under applicable law. If you delete your GoodRx personal information, GoodRx can no longer provide you with the Rewards Item.
