By participating in the GoodRx Rewards Program (the “Program”), you agree to the collection, use, processing, and sharing of your sensitive data to provide the Program described in our Loyalty Program Privacy Notice. 

This Program offers GoodRx Rewards Points based on certain actions you take, including using certain GoodRx coupons and managing prescription-related reminders and actions. To provide this Program, we will need to process your prescription information, which is considered “sensitive data” under the Colorado Privacy Act to the extent it reveals a mental/physical health condition or diagnosis. We process your sensitive data to provide this Program and in accordance with our Privacy PolicyWe require sensitive data to provide the Program benefits, such as rewarding you with GoodRx Reward Points for your prescriptions. You may withdraw from the Program anytime by deleting your account within your account settings.
