By participating in the GoodRx Rewards Program (the “Program”), you agree to the collection, use, processing, and sharing of your sensitive data to provide the Program described in our Loyalty Program Privacy Notice. 

 This Program offers GoodRx Rewards Points based on certain actions you take, including using certain GoodRx coupons and managing prescription-related reminders and actions. To provide this Program, we will need to process your prescription information, which is considered “sensitive data” under the Colorado Privacy Act to the extent it reveals a mental/physical health condition or diagnosis. We process your sensitive data to provide this Program and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We require sensitive data to provide the Program benefits, such as rewarding you with GoodRx Reward Points for your prescriptions. You may withdraw from the Program anytime by deleting your account within your account settings.

VIRGINIA:

If you choose to use products or services offered by GoodRx, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “GoodRx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) that may involve sexual or reproductive health data as defined under applicable law, your use of those services constitutes affirmative consent for us to process your sexual or reproductive health data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We process this data as necessary to provide or improve the product or service you have requested. For example, we may process your sexual or reproductive health data to:

• Fulfill your request (such as applying a coupon or delivering a prescription),
• Respond to inquiries or provide you with requested customer support,
• Improve or troubleshoot product performance,
• Maintain the security and integrity of our systems, or
• Satisfy audit, legal, or compliance obligations.

We may also share this data in limited circumstances, such as:

• With our affiliates and service providers who support the requested service,
• In connection with legal obligations or audits,
• In the event of a corporate transaction (such as a merger or acquisition), or
• To protect the rights, safety, or integrity of GoodRx, our users, or others.

This consent applies to GoodRx products or services that include or incorporate this consent language and involve the processing of sexual or reproductive health data. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Coupons: Your use, saving, or sharing of a coupon related to sexual or reproductive health constitutes your consent for us to process such data to provide you with that coupon and facilitate any related claims or transactions. You can choose to remove a saved coupon at any time via your account settings. 
• Gold Member Card Coupon: When you use a Gold member card coupon at the pharmacy for a sexual or reproductive health purpose, you consent to the processing of sexual or reproductive health data that may be involved in managing your membership and fulfilling your request and facilitating Gold member prescription discounts and claims. You may opt out of Gold by cancelling your subscription via your account settings. 
• Rewards: Participation in our Rewards program, including the accrual and redemption of points, may involve processing of sexual or reproductive health data when such rewards relate to eligible transactions involving sexual or reproductive health products. You may opt out of Rewards at any time via your account settings. 
• Gold Home Delivery: If you request home delivery of medications that may involve sexual or reproductive health, you consent to our use of that data for order fulfillment and delivery.

Your choices to opt out are described above. Because many of these services are fulfilled immediately and on a one-time basis (e.g., coupon use), withdrawal of consent applies only to future uses. You may discontinue use of the service at any time or request deletion of your account in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
