If you've signed up for a GoodRx account, you can update your name or birthdate at any time by logging in to your GoodRx account online at GoodRx.com or via the GoodRx mobile app.
Please note: The email address connected to your GoodRx account cannot be updated.
- If you need to use a different email address to access your GoodRx account, sign up for a new account using your preferred email address.
How to update your name or date of birth on GoodRx.com
- Log into your GoodRx account at GoodRx.com
- Click the account / menu icon in the upper right corner
- Click Account
- Click Personal Information
- Click Edit to change your name or date of birth
- Note: Your name and/or date of birth should match your prescription information
- Click Update to save any changes

- Open the GoodRx app
- Tap Account
- Tap Edit Profile
- Update your name and/or birthdate
- Note: Your name and/or date of birth should match your prescription information
- Click Save to save any changes
