You can change the name and date of birth of anyone on your Gold Family Plan by logging in to your Gold account from the GoodRx website or mobile app.
Updating Members in the GoodRx Mobile App
1. Open the GoodRx app
2. Once logged in, tap GoodRx Gold Family in your account Settings
2. Select the member you would like to update.
3. When updating member information, be sure that the new info matches what's listed on their prescription.
4. Select 'Save' to complete update.
NOTE: Members should use their person code (Person code -02 or higher) when using their Gold card at the pharmacy.
Updating Members on the GoodRx Gold website
1. Go to your Account Settings page
Once you are logged in, click on the 'head and shoulders - Account' icon in the top right-hand corner of any page. This will take you to your Account Settings page.
2. Click the "Plan Information" section
From your account settings page, locate the "Plan Information" section.
3. Select Member
On the "Manage your Gold plan" page, locate the member's information and click on the 'Edit' button. This will allow you to edit the member's personal information.
4. Edit member information
On the 'Edit plan member' pop-up page, you can update the member's first name, last name, and birthdate.
The member's name and date of birth must match what is listed on the prescription, otherwise, pharmacies will not be able to process your GoodRx Gold card.
5. Complete your changes
Click Update to finalize your changes.
