GoodRx Gold Trial Period Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

These GoodRx Gold Trial Period Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the GoodRx Gold Trial Period Rewards Program (this “Program”).

• When you use your GoodRx Gold membership (“Membership”), by using the membership card (“Membership Card”), which will be provided to you when you sign up via the email you provide and via mail at the mailing address you provide, to purchase a prescription at a participating pharmacy during your 30-day free trial of GoodRx Gold, you will receive a $10 GoodRx Visa Virtual Card Card (“Rewards Card”). Please visit goodrxgold.com for a current list of participating pharmacies.

• Offer only valid for new members.

• Limit one Rewards Card per Membership (including if multiple members participating in the same membership, such as another family member on your Membership). You and other members will not receive additional Rewards Cards for multiple uses of the same Membership Card.

• Rewards Card will be emailed to the current email address you provide when you signed up for your Membership.

• Rewards Card is issued by MetaBank®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. No cash access or recurring payments. Can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted for online, or phone/mail orders. Valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date. Terms and conditions apply.

• Rewards Card may not be traded, sold or otherwise transferred to others.

• If we believe that a participant has violated any of the terms or conditions of a Membership Card or Rewards Card or this Program, including, but not limited to where we believe a Membership Card or Rewards Card is being used without proper authorization, fraudulently, inappropriately or unlawfully, then we may terminate that participant's Membership Card and Rewards Card without notice.

• We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify any Membership Card or this Program at any time in our sole discretion and without notice.

• Use of the Membership Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable terms and conditions on our website or provided to you at any time. Please keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records.
