You can transfer prescriptions from:

• A healthcare provider
• A local pharmacy
• A mail-order pharmacy

For pharmacy transfers, provide us with the name and phone number of the pharmacy where your prescription is located. For doctor transfers, provide your doctor’s name and phone number. 

We will handle the rest and notify you if there are any issues with transferring your prescription.
