It is completely free of charge, and available on both web (desktop and mobile) and app (iOS and Android).

How do I get started?
- Navigate to www.goodrx.com/hcp/join on your laptop, desktop, or mobile phone.
- Sign up for a free GoodRx account by entering your email address or phone number, and verifying it via the 6-digit verification code sent to your mail or messages. You can also sign up using your Google account.
What if I already have a GoodRx account? Feel free to sign in using the same account. You can easily switch between HCP and patient experiences (see here).
- Complete your HCP profile by adding your role, name, primary practice state, specialty and NPI (for prescriber roles) to gain full access to all features within the GoodRx for HCPs experience.
Once registration is complete, you will be directed to the home page.
- On the home page, click on any drug name or search for a drug to get to its drug page. Explore the various available savings options for that drug. Try sharing a coupon with yourself.
- Discover new savings for drugs related to your specialty on the home page itself. Order a free savings kit, if you don’t already have one in your office.

How do I switch between HCP experience and patient experience?
We understand that you could sometimes wish to use GoodRx as a patient yourself as well. You can seamlessly switch between the two experiences.
- To go from the HCP experience to the patient one, select ‘Switch to GoodRx for patients’ in the top right corner of your window.
- To go from the patient experience to the HCP one, select ‘Switch to GoodRx for HCPs’ in the top right corner of your window.
