GoodRx for healthcare professionals (GoodRx for HCPs) is tailored to serve as a one-stop shop for healthcare professionals to improve affordability, access, and adherence of medications for their patients. It is completely free of charge, and available on both web (desktop and mobile) and app (iOS and Android).

How do I get started?

If you don't have the GoodRx app downloaded:

1. Download the GoodRx app on your mobile phone (available on both iOS and Android).
2. Tap “I’m a healthcare professional” and then tap “Continue” on the next screen.
3. Sign up for a free GoodRx account by entering your email address or phone number, and verifying it via the 6-digit verification code to your mail or messages. You can also sign up using your Google account.

What if I already have a GoodRx account? Feel free to sign in using the same account. You can easily switch between HCP and patient experiences (see here).

4. Complete your HCP profile by adding your role, name, primary practice state, specialty and NPI (for prescriber roles) to gain full access to all features within the GoodRx for HCPs experience.

If you are already using the GoodRx app:

1. Open the GoodRx app on your iOS or Android device, and navigate to the “Account” tab in the bottom right.
2. If you already have an account, tap “Update your profile as an HCP”.
   1. Otherwise, tap "Set up your profile as an HCP". Enter your email address or phone number, and verify it via the 6-digit verification code to your mail or messages. You can also sign up using your Google account.
3. Complete your HCP profile by adding your role, name, primary practice state, specialty and NPI (for prescriber roles) to gain full access to all features within the GoodRx for HCPs experience.

Once registration is complete, go to the home tab.

• On the home tab, tap on any drug name or search for a drug to get to its drug page. Explore the various available savings options for that drug. Try sharing a coupon with yourself.
• Discover new savings for drugs related to your specialty on the home tab itself. Order a free savings kit from Resources tab, if you don’t already have one in your office.

How do I switch between HCP experience and patient experience?

We understand that you could sometimes wish to use GoodRx as a patient yourself as well. You can seamlessly switch between the two experiences.

• Tap on the ‘Account’ tab at the bottom right.
• To switch from the HCP experience to the patient one, select ‘Go to GoodRx for patients’.
• To switch from the patient experience to the HCP one, select ‘Go to GoodRx for HCPs’.
