A prepaid coupon is generated as your proof of payment once you place your order online. You must present the coupon to the pharmacist and ask them to enter the details which will reduce the balance to $0 so you don't owe anything at the time of pickup (some exceptions may apply, see below). After paying online, it is best to contact your pharmacy to process your refill and update the coupon information.
