Politely remind the pharmacist that this order has been pre-paid via our service. Ask them to look at your prepaid coupon and manually enter the specific BIN, PCN, Group, and Member ID. If the price is still different it may be due to local or state taxes, or a difference between your prescription at the pharmacy and what information was entered online.
