Welcome to Rewards Activation Challenges

If you're a newly enrolled GoodRx user, you will have the opportunity to earn your first 2,500 Rewards points through a 3-part series of activation challenges designed to make sure you're all set for Rewards success!

Here's how it works:

1. Learn the Basics:  Learn how to start earning and redeeming GoodRx Rewards points
2. Double-Check Your Info: Set your preferred pharmacy, review your personal information, and set your GoodRx app notifications to make sure your information is accurate and you receive alerts for Rewards activity 
3. Use your coupon: Finally, find a GoodRx coupon for your prescription to show at your preferred pharmacy next time you go to purchase your medication. 

Using a GoodRx Coupon at the Pharmacy: New Prescription

After you have enrolled in GoodRx Rewards, you can earn 1,000 points each time you fill a prescription using a new GoodRx coupon. Note that schedule 2 drugs are not eligible for rewards. 

Here’s how it works: 

1. When you are ready to fill a new prescription, you’ll need to use a new coupon. 
2. Before searching for a new coupon, make sure you are logged into your GoodRx account on the GoodRx app. 
3. Search for the medication that you will be filling and locate a coupon. 
4. Show that coupon to the pharmacist and ensure that they enter the information exactly as shown. 
5. Within 48 hours, we’ll automatically add points to your GoodRx Rewards balance.

Using a GoodRx Coupon at the Pharmacy: Existing Prescription Refill

After you have enrolled in GoodRx Rewards, you can earn 1,000 points each time you refill a prescription using a new GoodRx coupon. Note that schedule 2 drugs are not eligible for rewards. 

Here’s how it works: 

1. When you are ready to refill a prescription, you’ll need to use a new coupon. 
2. Before searching for a new coupon, make sure you are logged into your GoodRx account on the GoodRx app. 
3. Search for the medication that you will be refilling and locate a coupon. 
4. Show that coupon to the pharmacist and ensure that they enter the information exactly as shown. 
5. Within 48 hours, we’ll automatically add points to your GoodRx Rewards balance.
