Cancellation

In addition to the phone and mail options outlined in the applicable subscription Terms and Conditions, subscription members (including Gold and Companion users) may submit cancellation requests via email to support@goodrx.com with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request.” Cancellation requests must include the full name of the member, the associated subscription (e.g., Gold or Companion), subscription Member ID and email address connected with the member's subscription account.
