Cancellation

In addition to the phone and mail options outlined in the Terms and Conditions, Gold members may submit cancellation requests via email to gold@goodrx.com with the subject line “Gold Cancellation Request.” Cancellation requests must include the full name, Gold Member ID and email address connected with the member's Gold account.
