Inquiries and Complaints
To make an inquiry or submit a complaint, GoodRx subscription members (including Gold and Companion members) may:
- Call toll free at (855)-449-0865
- Or submit mail to GoodRx, Inc., Attn: Patient Advocacy -Complaints, 2701 Olympic Blvd, West Building Suite 200, Santa Monica, CA 90404. Mailed requests must include the full name of the member, subscription Member ID, and email address connected with the member’s subscription account.
GoodRx will aim to respond within five (5) business days of receipt, and, absent a consumer not responding or not responding in a timely manner to any follow-up inquiries, resolve all requests within thirty (30) business days.
Rhode Island subscription members who are not satisfied with the resolution of their complaint may contact the Rhode Island Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner (OHIC) and/or for consumer complaints, its Consumer Assistance Partner, Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN). Cancellation
In addition to the phone and mail options outlined in the applicable subscription Terms and Conditions, subscription members may submit cancellation requests via email to support@goodrx.com with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request.” Cancellation requests must include the full name of the member, the associated subscription (e.g., Gold or Companion), subscription Member ID, and email address connected with the member’s subscription account.
