What happens if I cancel my Annual plan`before my membership term has ended?
- Your Gold membership benefits will be available to you for the remainder of your membership term. You will not receive a prorated refund.
I’ve already paid for a month of Gold membership at the monthly rate. Will the amount that I’ve paid to date be prorated when I switch to an Annual billing plan?
- Yes, any amount that you’ve paid toward your membership to date will be prorated to your account when you switch to an Annual billing plan.
How many times can I switch between monthly and annual billing cycles?
- There’s no limit to how many times you can switch between monthly billing and annual billing cycles.
